Teams are each given a small canvas and a set of paints. Their task? Recreate their section of a much larger mystery image. What they don’t know is how their individual segment connects with the others. To succeed, they must collaborate across groups, compare sketches, align colors, and share strategies—because every little detail affects the final masterpiece.
At the end of the session, the completed canvases are assembled, revealing a stunning mural that reflects not just artistic effort but unity, precision, and team spirit. The moment the big picture comes together often draws applause, laughter, and a deep sense of collective achievement.

For this activity, delegates are divided into sub groups. So each person is responsible for painting a small segment of the Big Picture event.
With no clues and ideas about the final image, teams are supposed to work together to ensure that the lines meet and colors match.
